Design deliverability
Technologies
The Strivence team utilizes a range of technologies to enhance best practices in UX/UI design. We leverage industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD or Photoshop to create high‑fidelity designs and interactive prototypes. These tools allow for collaborative design workflows, version control, and seamless handoff to developers. Additionally, we utilize Illustrator, InDesign, Invision, Moqups, MarvellApp, Zeplin, Avocode, Azure, Trello and many many others.
We also stay updated with the latest design trends and industry advancements through online platforms, design communities, and continuous learning. By leveraging these technologies, Strivence ensures efficient collaboration, user-centered design, and the delivery of cutting-edge UX/UI experiences.
Deliverance
01. Competitor analysis
In the competitor analysis process we focused on gaining a comprehensive understanding of our competitors and their offerings. We started by identifying key competitors in the industry and conducting thorough research on their websites, apps, and overall user experience. We analyzed their design aesthetics, user flows, feature sets, and brand positioning to identify their strengths and weaknesses. This analysis allowed us to gather insights, uncover market trends, and identify opportunities for differentiation, enabling us to refine our design strategies and deliver unique solutions to our clients.
02. User research
The user research process is a vital step in understanding the needs, preferences, and behaviors of our target audience. The process begins by defining clear research objectives and identifying the target user group. We employ a variety of methods such as surveys, interview analysis, and usability tests to gather qualitative and quantitative data directly from users. This data is then analyzed to identify patterns, pain points, and opportunities for improvement. The insights derived from user research inform our design decisions, ensuring that our web and mobile solutions are user-centered and aligned with the expectations and goals of our target audience.
03. User-flow and product map
This step involves carefully mapping out the logical sequence of steps a user will take to achieve their goals within a website or mobile app. We analyze user research insights and create a visual representation of the user journey, ensuring a smooth and intuitive experience. The site map is then developed to outline the structure and organization of pages and content, providing a clear overview of the entire digital product. This process helps us optimize navigation, streamline information architecture, and deliver user-centric designs that enhance usability and engagement.
04. Low-fidelity wireframes
We use low-fidelity wireframes to create rough, simplified representations of the website or app layout, focusing on the basic structure and content placement rather than visual details. These wireframes allow us to quickly iterate and gather feedback on the overall layout and user flow before investing significant time and effort into high-fidelity designs.
Low-fidelity wireframes act as a blueprint for the project, enabling us to ensure that the key functionalities and content are appropriately organized and aligned with the user’s needs and expectations.
05. UI layouts
UI design process involves translating the wireframes and conceptual ideas into visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. We begin by establishing a consistent design language, selecting appropriate color schemes, typography, and visual elements that align with the brand and target audience.
Using industry-standard design tools, we create high-fidelity mockups that showcase the final look and feel of the website or app. This includes refining the visual hierarchy, creating engaging interactions, and ensuring the interface is intuitive and responsive across different devices. The UI design process in Strivence aims to deliver aesthetically pleasing and functional interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
06. Interactive prototype
Once the UI designs are finalized, we create interactive prototypes using specialized software such as Figma or other prototyping tools. These prototypes simulate the functionality and user interactions of the final product, allowing stakeholders and users to experience and provide feedback on the interactive elements.
By interacting with the prototype, we can test the usability, navigation, and flow of the digital product, making necessary refinements before proceeding to the development phase. The interactive prototype process in Strivence helps ensure a user-centered approach and facilitates effective collaboration among team members and clients.
07. User testing
We conduct usability testing sessions where real users interact with the prototype, performing tasks and providing their insights and observations. This process helps identify any usability issues, areas of confusion, or opportunities for improvement in the user interface. The feedback obtained from user testing informs iterative design changes, ensuring that the final product aligns with the users’ needs, preferences, and expectations.
User testing on the interactive prototype in Strivence enhances the overall usability and user satisfaction of the digital product.
08. Design system
In the Strivence team, we implement a design system in every project to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability in our designs. A design system is a collection of reusable components, guidelines, and standards that define the visual and interactive elements of the user interface. It includes elements such as typography, color palettes, buttons, icons, and other UI components.
By utilizing a design system, we streamline the design process, maintain a cohesive visual language, and ensure a consistent user experience across different screens and platforms. Design systems in Strivence promote collaboration, facilitate faster iteration, and provide a solid foundation for future projects, enabling us to deliver high-quality designs efficiently.
09. For developers
We ensure that the design files and assets are organized and properly documented for seamless implementation by developers. This includes providing detailed specifications, guidelines, and assets such as design files, style guides, typography information, color codes, and any necessary interactions or animations. Clear and concise documentation helps developers accurately translate the design into code, ensuring consistency and reducing potential misunderstandings. By preparing sources effectively, Strivence promotes smooth collaboration between designers and developers, leading to the efficient and accurate implementation of the design vision.
